We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Silverback Development, a licensed General Contractor that specializes in the re installation of residential and commercial roofs. We are a locally owned and operated company. We are here to back our warranty and are not just in town for the work.

Is the salesman able to demonstrate the level of quality related to the material he recommends? Are the underlayments, valley materials, and other incidentals the BEST?
Has the representative committed to “on going” as well as “final” clean up? Do you feel as a homeowner, they will treat your property with respect?
CREDIBILITY
Is the company local? Is the company licensed, bonded, and insured? Does the company have good testimonials? How do they feel about their installation?
Is the company requiring a down payment before the material is delivered? Why?
Does the company have adequate “cash flow” to ensure availability of materials and labor throughout your job?
WARRANTY:
Is the workmanship warranty unconditional? Why not? Is the warranty transferable? Are they confident in their workmanship?

This increases the wind speed your shingles can withstand, and secures the manufacturers warranty. Faulty application can VOID your shingle warranty, so choose the contractors that want to do the job the right way for your benefit.
